1. About the site and about us

The ithit.ro website, including the English version (ithit.ro/en/), is run by IT HIT S.R.L., VAT ID RO33087047, Trade Register no. J2014004909407, registered office at Splaiul Independenței 319H, London Office Building, 15th floor, Sector 6, Bucharest, Romania (“IT HIT”, “we”). These terms apply to anyone who accesses or uses the site. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2. What the site is for

• The site presents IT HIT’s services: consulting, implementation and development of ERP systems, custom software and complementary solutions, as well as blog articles.
• The information on the site is general and informative. It is not a binding offer to contract. Services, prices and conditions are set only through written offers and signed contracts between IT HIT and the customer.
• Features of other vendors’ products (e.g. SoftOne, Microsoft, SAP, DRUID, Daktela) are described based on the information those vendors publish and may change without notice from us.
• The end-user licence agreement for SoftOne products, previously published on this page, is available at ithit.ro/licenta-softone/ (in Romanian).

3. Permitted use

You may use the site to learn about IT HIT and to contact us. You may not:

• try to gain unauthorised access to the site, the server or our other systems;
• disrupt the site, for example through excessive traffic, automated attacks or malicious software;
• extract the site’s content automatically and systematically (e.g. with bots), beyond normal indexing by search engines;
• use the contact form for unsolicited messages (spam), unlawful content or to impersonate someone else;
• use the site in any other way that breaks the law or these terms.

We may block access for anyone who breaks these rules.

4. Intellectual property

• The content of the site – text, images, graphics, animations, design, the IT HIT name and logo, and the source code – belongs to IT HIT or to those who licensed it to us, and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
• You may quote short extracts, naming the source and linking to the original page. Any other copying, modification or commercial use requires our written consent.
• The names and trademarks of other companies (e.g. SoftOne, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP S/4HANA, DRUID, Daktela) belong to their owners and are used only to describe our services and partnerships.
• Customer names, logos and case studies are published with the customers’ written consent.

5. The contact form

Sending a message through the form does not create a contract between you and IT HIT. We reply as soon as we can, normally on working days. The data in the form is processed as described in our Privacy policy.

6. Blog articles

Blog articles are informative and reflect the situation on the publication date shown on each article. They are not legal, tax, accounting or other professional advice. For decisions that affect you, please contact us or consult a specialist.

7. Links to other websites

The site links to websites of other organisations, including companies in our group and our partners. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or for how they process your data; please read their terms and policies.

8. Limitation of liability

• We work to keep the information on the site correct and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it is complete, free of errors or fit for a particular purpose.
• We do not guarantee that the site will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free, although we take reasonable measures to keep it working and secure.
• To the extent permitted by law, IT HIT is not liable for indirect damage resulting from using the site or being unable to use it. This limitation does not apply to damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence and does not affect the rights the law grants you on a mandatory basis.

9. Personal data and cookies

How we process your data is described in our Privacy policy (ithit.ro/en/privacy-policy/), and the cookies used on the site in our Cookie policy (ithit.ro/en/cookie-policy/).

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when we add features to the site or when the law changes. The version in force and its date are shown on this page. Continuing to use the site after a new version is published means you accept it.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. We will try to settle any disagreement amicably; if that fails, the dispute will be settled by the competent courts in Bucharest. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of mandatory legal provisions, including the right to go to the court where you live and to the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (anpc.ro).
